Sparkletts Drinking Water to Sponsor 2006 San Diego County Fair
Company will sponsor “Wyland’s Island;” provide bottled water for sale.
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 30, 2006 –- Sparkletts, a DS Waters bottled water brand, will serve as a sponsor of the 2006 San Diego County Fair. Sparkletts will provide all bottled water for sale at the event, which has the water-related theme of “Ride the Tide to Fun.” The San Diego County Fair will be held from June 10 through July 4, 2006, at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The company, which has sponsored the Fair for the past nine years, will also provide water to all fairgrounds staff.

Approximately 20 Sparkletts representatives will be available daily at the San Diego County Fair, providing product samples and dispenser demonstrations at the company’s three booths. Those interested in signing up for business and home bottled water delivery can take advantage of special introductory offers. Last year, 1,700 people signed up for delivery services while attending the Fair.
In addition, Sparkletts will serve as the sponsor of “Wyland’s Island presented by Sparkletts,” featuring environmental artist Wyland. There, attendees can learn about how to preserve and protect fresh water, one of the world’s most important resources.
In line with the 2006 San Diego County Fair water-related theme, there will be displays and activities for visitors about this important resource, including bathing suit fashion shows and daily “Sea Life Encounters.” The Fair, which is the sixth largest fair in the United States, also offers a wide variety of exhibits and performers to delight visitors of all ages.
