Lerch is a founding member and senior partner of Lerch, Vinci & Higgins, LLP, one of New Jersey’s largest accounting firms, serving over 150 governmental and non-profit entities. Mr. Lerch currently serves as the partner in charge of management advisory services, in addition to having an overall responsibility for audit engagements in the governmental sector.

In addition he has spent his career providing oversight of financial advisory services for redevelopment projects, including the implementation financing plans, analysis of proposed debt structures and has served as a Federal Bankruptcy Court Arbitrator.
