Evantage Consulting’s case study highlights how web analytics can be an effective catalyst for change and improve Marketing ROI.

This case study demonstrated how, in just a few months, a business went from a lot of data but little insight about their online marketing initiatives to a clear understanding of their online competitive position and improving it.

The process involved three steps. The first was to capture web analytics data most relevant to their business. The second involved linking that data with offline marketing data. The third step was to bring this data together into a highly visual and intuitive format in order that executives could grasp the key issues quickly. “This process transformed the results into information executives really wanted, and knew they could act on,” Ms. Veesenmeyer said.
