Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Blockbuster provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Yahoo had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 99.042%

For this report made on Tuesday, July 11th, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18302 samples from the websites of Blockbuster, M-Wave, Apple Computer, CNET Networks, Alcatel, and Yahoo during the entire day of Monday, July 10th, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall summary as follows;

Blockbuster has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11am with minimum and average latencies of 0.073688 and 0.135947 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 8pm with latencies of 5.828060 and 0.400188 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.209 with a mean latency of 0.144 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.

M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 10am with minimum and average latencies of 0.074899 and 0.240017 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 10pm with latencies of 5.230835 and 0.453743 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.243 with a mean latency of 0.154 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.

Apple Computer has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11am with minimum and average latencies of 0.050926 and 0.218479 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 10pm with latencies of 5.344235 and 0.367659 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.209 with a mean latency of 0.109 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.

CNET Networks has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.301%. The best response hour was at 9am with minimum and average latencies of 0.074898 and 0.799204 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 2pm with latencies of 12.372973 and 1.043234 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.772 with a mean latency of 0.276 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.

Alcatel has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.296%. The best response hour was at 9pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.075110 and 0.845631 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 6pm with latencies of 129.558626 (we consider this unreachable) and 3.652495 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.983 with a mean latency of 1.466 seconds, we consider this very good site delivery consistency for the day.

Yahoo has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.042%. The best response hour was at 3am with minimum and average latencies of 0.075139 and 0.141927 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9pm with latencies of 14.450135 and 1.338070 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.289 with a mean latency of 0.602 seconds, we consider this bad site delivery consistency for the day. This is usually the result of some server down time within the day.
