Crooked Vine Winery and Posada Catering invite the Bay Area community to celebrate summer with a Spanish-inspired Paella Party on Aug. 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. The full dinner and two drinks cost $50 per person or $40 for club members.
“Paella is a medley of chicken, shrimp, linguica and pork chorizo combined with open fire tomatoes, roasted peppers, rice, peas and saffron cooked in extra large paella pan in front of all of you!” Courtney Garcia of Crooked Vine Winery said.
The paella will be served with open fire vegetables on a bed of fresh greens with creamy balsamic, as well as mussels with chorizo in a tarragon cream sauce. Drinks will include sangria, wine, beer, soda and water.
