Brides recoup the costs of planning a wedding by selling their new and gently used wedding items to brides of the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas.

All items consigned are in excellent condition. Brides will be able to find designer dresses and decorations for a fraction of retail cost.

The Be Twice Inspired Wedding Sale comes to Spokane this weekend September 18-19, 2009. Local brides are invited to the Service Station Event Center to shop for wedding items up to 75% off retail prices.

Shopping for gently used wedding items is the economical way to save money on all of the wedding essentials. Even when cutting back on the big ticket items brides can find the perfect dress without going over budget. Recent bride, Jennie G., found that by shopping for consigned items she could cut back on costs without compromising on style, "The day I attended the wedding sale, I had been trying on wedding dresses at a few local boutiques. When I stopped by the sale I couldn't believe that I found the exact same dress I had tried on earlier that day for half the price. I ended up buying my wedding dress at the sale and saving over $200!"

The Be Twice Inspired Wedding Sale offers two days of shopping for wedding items ranging from bridal gowns, ceremony and reception décor, favor supplies and more. The Pre-Sale Event on Friday night is the first opportunity to select from thousands of wedding items. Brides, friends and family can enjoy a night of shopping while sampling pastries and coffee provided by the Service Station Event Center. The sale begins at 5:30 pm with a $2.00 Admission for adults and free admission for children ages 12 and under.

A full day of shopping follows on Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission is free with the last two hours of the sale offering 50% off specially marked items.

The Be Twice Inspired Wedding Sale was started by sale coordinator, Sara Harris, when she saw the need for a sales event in which recent brides could clear out their closets of recently used wedding items, "When looking for a place to sell my wedding items I didn't know where to start. Like most brides, I didn't want to donate my items without trying to recoup some of my costs. My items were in great shape with only being used for a couple hours."

With the help of friends and family, Harris coordinated her first sale in April 2008 in Boise, Idaho and has since then expanded to Spokane. For each sale she finds local consignors to bring their items, "All items consigned are in excellent condition. Brides will be able to find designer dresses and decorations for a fraction of retail cost."

This wedding consignment sales event is for anyone looking to lower the costs of planning a wedding. Brides within the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas are encouraged to visit the sale to find a large variety of wedding items all in one location.
