When cake designer Zoë Clark decided to set up her bespoke wedding cake business at the beginning of 2008, like all new entrepreneurs, naturally she was concerned about how well things would go. But six months on, Zoë has really landed on her feet and has already had her wedding cakes featured in some of the UK's leading bridal magazines such as You and Your Wedding, Brides, Wedding Flowers and Wedding Cakes.
London, England (PRWEB) May 29, 2008 -- Despite the fact that Zoë is very new to the industry, she has always had a passion for baking and decorating cakes and, after being inspired by making her own wedding cake in 2005, decided to turn passion into profession. Her innovative and stunningly detailed collection of wedding cakes and cookies captured the attention from literally hundreds of brides to be visiting the show for ideas and inspiration for their own weddings. Since then the amount of interest has grown and grown with the help of editorial coverage from magazines and personal recommendations from highly reputable wedding planners and contacts within the industry.
Zoë's designs take inspiration from all kinds of things such as flowers, and beautifully detailed lace to more quirky pieces of fabric and wrapping paper and even her children's toys. Her fabulous range includes tiered wedding cakes, novelty birthday cakes, christening cakes, cupcakes, miniature cakes, corporate cakes and cookies which are all tailor made with outstanding craftsmanship and ultimate attention to detail.
'Not only is it important that your cake looks fantastic, but it must taste good too', says Zoë who uses only the freshest and finest quality ingredients in all of her cakes.
