Top winner loses 140 pounds with help from WalkJogRun.net

Last year, 42 year-old Paul trained for his first 5k and half-marathon using WalkJogRun.net: "I could never have managed the training schedule if I hadn't been able to pre-plan my routes to build mileage and to keep the scenery changing.
