Like the traditional Welcomemat Services package, the Home Collection program provides local businesses with in-depth hyper-local trends for prospective customers. However, the Home Collection offering is an option for home-service businesses that wish to connect with higher income demographic customers moving into single family homes.

After these higher-income level (high mid to upper class) individuals and families move into a home, they will receive a Welcomemat Home Collection packet with gifts from local home service businesses, such as plumbers, landscapers and pest control businesses.

“Several home-service businesses have reached out to our corporate office and franchisees, asking to be included the Welcomemat Services packet. But the traditional Welcomemat packet is mailed to those moving into homes as well as apartments and condos. The Welcomemat Home Collection will be rolled out in March 2015 in the Indianapolis; Seattle; Nashville; Gwinnett, Georgia; and Fort Lauderdale markets. By 2016, the company anticipates the offering will be available system-wide.
