In 2010, Whistler Resort Management, which manages a portfolio of more than 150 strata (condominium) corporations, selected INFO-Tracker Condominium Management Software Solution following a thorough evaluation of property and maintenance software products available on the market in North America and abroad.

“We wanted to expand our business, but our existing software was already at full capacity,” says Alex Hoelk, Managing Partner, Whistler Resort Management. “We were not going to be able to acquire and manage additional properties without updating our software and our business processes.”

“Increased productivity is apparent in accounts payable, too; says Mr. Hoelk. “We are now able to do a cheque run for an individual vendor for all properties, rather than having to go property by property, this process alone saves us several days a week.”

Mr. Hoelk indicates that INFO-Tracker automated organizational workflow and integrated all departments within the organization. “As a result,” he says, “Strata agents are also reaping benefits from INFO-Tracker. They can now check the arrears reports for their stratas directly--no longer having to ask the accounting department--and are able to locate owner information and the contact history with ease and efficiency.” In addition, he says, “The company appreciates having a variety of reports from which they can choose, and finds it easy to navigate the system.”

An important function of strata managers is communications with owners and reporting to the board of directors. Preparation of letters to owners and financial reports are resource intensive process which now has been fully automated by INFO-Tracker. “Sending bulk notices to all owners with individualized information is easy and efficient.” explains Hoelk refereeing to the Report Writing module of INFO-Tracker.
