White Lake, MI (PRWEB) June 03, 2016
Shirl Crowe Agency in White Lake, MI is pleased to announce the commencement of a master charity program created especially to assist deserving local organizations, families and individuals. The agency pledges to select a new beneficiary every 60 days, working closely with nonprofit groups and community leaders to find worthwhile opportunities to strengthen the community and its people.
To debut their new community enrichment program, Shirl Crowe, owner and president of Shirl Crowe Agency, has chosen to throw support behind Freedom Work Opportunities, a local nonprofit organization which offers solutions for adults with disabilities transitioning from school into gainful employment. Created in 1983, Freedom Work strives to provide vocational training, a supportive environment, social skills and job placement. Earning money and gaining personal satisfaction empowers their clients with feelings of value and self-respect as they learn to become responsible, contributing members of society.
“Our goal is to pull together support for those who need it most on an ongoing basis, by bringing attention to important local causes,” said Crowe. “We’re truly pleased to kick off by fundraising for Freedom Work, so that more adults with challenges may experience the joys of becoming independent, productive members of our community. We hope people will embrace not only this campaign, but all of the worthy causes we will be spotlighting with our exciting new Community Program.”
The campaign page for each featured initiative will be accompanied by a fully detailed story outlining the cause, and the caring team at Shirl Crowe Agency will work hard to spread the word by mobilizing it’s own vast network of customers, business associates, neighbors and friends.
