The Adriatic region is developing fast as web store marketing is becoming more demanding. Every company has to offer more than just products. They have to offer their customers a service to survive. WhosOn is a powerful tool which allows your company to understand the behaviour of your customers while they are on your web site. In turn, clients will feel more comfortable whilst browsing your website and ultimately this will generate more sales. In today's market place customer service is paramount. Imagine being able to chat to a company's representative immediately, ask the relevant questions and get the information you need which doesn't involve waiting for an e-mail or waiting in a telephone queue for hours. This is exactly what WhosOn delivers.

Having researched the market we decided that WhosOn was the perfect solution since it was simple to use. Also the fact that the reporting and analytical tools provided as standard and the ongoing development demonstrated a robust stable platform that will take traditional web stores in this region to the next level."

Ian Rowley, Parker Software's Business Development Manager comments: "Partnering with successful companies like MSC Adriatics and i-TEC means we can reach a wider market without the need for establishing a base in the area. As established company's their services compliment our products and we believe it will be a seamless, successful and profitable partnership for all parties involved.

Our partner programme has been developed with two key aims - to add value and, opportunity to our business partner's portfolio by delivering top quality software solutions. Partnering like this also unlocks new revenue opportunities for both ourselves and our partner's business and to increase our market reach.

Our existing partner network is doing a fantastic job, but we need to expand it to support the growing number of markets that are now demanding live chat solutions. We are focused on building a partner network that can support customers in any market."
