In Southwestern Montana you can find plenty of some things, like historic landmarks, awe-inspiring vistas and fascinating cities like Great Falls, Helena, Butte and Bozeman. One thing you won’t find plenty of—at least not until now—is a local place to find products, information and a spot to meet up with others interested in alternative spiritual lifestyles., recently launched by Christy L. Proctor, is designed to fill that gap. Those interested in lightworkers, druids, shamans, Wicca, witches, Native Americans, atheists, Buddhism, Hinduism and heathenism can find products like Wicca and pagan supplies, chime candles, tarot card decks and helpful tomes like “The Witches Bible.”

The new website also serves as a gathering place and resource center that can grow with the local Montana community. A Mystic’s Haven is actually an existing alternative spiritual lifestyles community that took root in the Gallatin Valley. The new website is an extension of this community, set up to provide a place online for connecting with others who are not of a conventional religion.

“My goal is to be of service to others and to help those who are open-minded about what other people believe. It does not mean that those of conventional religion, such as a Catholic or Mormon, have to believe what we believe. I believe we need to learn so we do not fear the unknown,” explains Proctor, owner of

Proctor, who was a Mormon for most of her life, studied alternative spiritual paths for more than 18 years. She also worked in the largest metaphysical store in the Phoenix Valley.
