Weiner from the Commercial Litigation team will be speaking at a NJICLE seminar titled "Commercial Leasing in 2015" on Wednesday, December 10th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The seminar will take place at the New Jersey Law Center located at One Constitution Square, New Brunswick, NJ.
This program provides a valuable opportunity for attorneys of all levels to hear from some of New Jersey’s most esteemed authorities in commercial leasing as they share their insights on defaults and remedies and the strategies employed by landlords and tenants when involved in difficult and challenging default scenarios. Mr. Gordon's segment will focus on "Payment and Performance Defaults and Remedies" while Mr. Weiner's segment will focus on "Bankruptcy and Litigation".

David S. Gordon is a shareholder at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer and focuses his practice on representation of developers, owners, users and other clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, development approvals, redevelopment, financing (including construction, interim and permanent mortgage financing, mezzanine financing and equity participation), leasing (representing landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial and retail transactions), construction contracts and the structuring of business entities.
Lawrence C. He also has experience in representing investors and investment professionals in arbitrations before FINRA. Mr. Weiner is also experienced in representing asset based lenders, asserting their rights as creditors in related litigation.
