announced the selection of its latest chipset for mobile WiMAX devices
as one of the chipsets that broadband pioneer Clearwire Corporation
(NASDAQ: CLWR) is working with for its mobile WiMAX trial in Portland,
Oregon. Beceem’s leading chipset solution is
powering a family of PC peripheral WiMAX devices to provide a true
mobile broadband Internet experience on laptop computers.
