Winner of the Certificate of Excellence in 2012 by Trip Advisor, Grape Leaf Inn is a rare three-dormer Queen Anne built in 1900. The picturesque Grape Leaf Inn combines luxurious comfort with elegant, yet approachable style. Surrounded by awarding-winning lush gardens and century-old evergreens, the Grape Leaf Inn is tucked away on a quiet historic street, a four block walk from the beautiful Healdsburg Plaza.
The Grape Leaf Inn combines the gracious hospitality of a country inn with meticulous service, fine cuisine, and luxurious accommodations. Stylish, contemporary decor paired with timeless antiques meld to create the best of California Wine Country style and luxury. The relaxing ambience, attentive staff, and unmistakable romance have made this Bed and Breakfast one of the most sought after small luxury inns in the Sonoma Wine Country. The Inn was awarded as one of the top five romantic hideaways in North America by Conde Nast Johansen Guide in 2008.
In 1982, four bedrooms and bathrooms were carved from the existing attic space, bringing the number of bedrooms to seven. All are replete with two-person spa tubs and imported European skylight windows. Further revitalization efforts took place in 2001, when award winning Architect, John Yonushewski, designed a Victorian addition, adding a state-of-the-art kitchen, a dining room, lobby, and five stunning new rooms with private fireplaces.
Today, the Grape Leaf Inn has 12 romantic rooms. Most have King Beds dressed in the finest pressed linens. All have TV, DVD and wireless internet service. Guests receive a complimentary bottle of fine Sonoma County wine in room upon arrival. Many rooms have private fireplaces, while most of the bathrooms offer two-person spa tubs/showers, and one has a two-person steam shower and Japanese-style soaking tub.
