"Join us for our annual bottle signing and the official Lot No. 1 release event

One of the best wineries nestled in Napa Valley, Louis Martini Winery, is excited to announce the official release for its 2009 Lot No. 1. The release will take place during a bottle signing event on Nov. 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"Join us for our annual bottle signing and the official Lot No. 1 release event. Enjoy the Underground Cellar, try the 2009 Lot No. 1 and other select wines, and visit with our third generation winemaker, Michael Martini. It is sure to be a great time," Dan Michael of Louis Martini Winery said.

This release comes only after the lot was tasted by a winemaking team, who made the final decision that it was ready. The event costs $30 for Founder’s Club members and $40 for guests. The 2009 Lot No. 1 costs $145 retail and $108.75 for club members.

Full-bodied and complex, the 2009 Lot No. 1 Cabernet Sauvignon captures the essence of Napa Valley's distinctive terroir. The opulent ruby color alludes to the deep, intense, dark fruit flavors of blackberry and plum. The rich aromas and flavors of black cherry and cassis are framed by toasted sweet oak notes, and hints of chocolate and brown spice. Velvety, plush tannins give this wine a full, luxurious mouth-feel and a long, elegant finish of concentrated fruit and spice.
