New All Video Web Site for Wine Lovers Provides Wine Reviews, Wine Information and Entertainment
Everything from wine reviews and the serious art of wine making to lighter, wine-centric humor will be featured, as well as tips on food and wine pairing.
Glendale, CA (PRWEB) May 30, 2007 -- TheWineryChannel.tv announces the launch of the Internet's first all-video Web site delivering wine reviews, information and entertainment to wine enthusiasts on June 1, 2007.

This all-video format leads the next evolution of the web for information and entertainment Web sites. TheWineryChannel.tv premieres with a lineup of twelve video shows. Everything from wine reviews and the serious art of wine making to lighter, wine-centric humor will be featured, as well as tips on food and wine pairing.
"The Source," features distinguished winemakers telling their stories from Robert Parker rated wineries like Doug Shafer of Shafer Vineyards, Tom and Joe Rochioli, of Rochioli Vineyards and Danielle Cyrot of St. Clement Vineyards. "Perfect Pairings," presents world-renowned restaurateurs including, Piero Selvaggio, founder of the Valentino Restaurant Group, preparing dishes and pairing them with the perfect wine. "Comics on Wine," showcases hot new comedians and "Rex Havoc and His Horse Brokeback," offers wine tips from a cowboy's perspective, and animated "Bacco DiVino" bringing a humorous touch to the world of wine.
"With wine becoming such an important social phenomenon, it's wonderful to have TheWineryChannel, bringing wine, food and fun to life on the Internet. Bravo! TheWineryChannel!" says Piero Selvaggio, of Valentino, an expert on food and wine pairing.
Initial development of TheWineryChannel.tv began in summer 2006. Steve Jarvis, commercial film director and Roger Mills, commercial/entertainment producer were discussing their favorite subject, wine, when they realized there was no premier video Web site for wine lovers with both information and entertainment content on such subjects as wine reviews and food and wine pairing. They decided to combine their passions, wine and filmmaking, and TheWineryChannel.tv was born.
TheWineryChannel.tv will cover all aspects of wine, including the art of wine making and wine reviews, while focusing on the "stories" behind great and upcoming vineyards world-wide. The Web site will also include directories, viewer created Web videos, tips on food and wine pairing, event calendars and company store. Jarvis and Mills, admittedly, wine enthusiasts - not experts, approach the subject with wonder and delight at each new wine they encounter. As of its launch date, the Web site is focusing on California wines, but with interest from vintners in New Zealand, Australia, South America, South Africa and Europe, the Web site will go international over the next several months.
