"This acreage is currently rented for corn production," explained Ranft, "but it would be prime for subdividing or development. A master plan is available."

Located at the Northern edge of Beloit, the property will be auctioned in 6 parcels or as a whole. The auction will take place on-site at 2101 Newark Road, with online bidding offered thru Proxibid.com for those unable to attend in person.
