"I think we have to ask ourselves," said Nitzan Nuriel, "if we are prepared for scenarios like what occurred last month in Paris. That should be the minimum of what are prepared for. And I am willing to support you and I am willing to provide you my experience and make sure that the city of Miami is prepared for that kind of event. Thank you very much, and it is a great pleasure to be here. And last I have to thank World Patent Marketing CEO Scott Cooper for creating this bridge between myself and the City of Miami."

Nitzan Nuriel joined the Israeli Defense Forces in 1977, and quickly moved up through the ranks.
