WS Live Adds Positions in Dubuque for Expansion of LifeLock Contract

WS Live is pleased to announce the expansion of its existing contract with LifeLock, Inc., which provides for additional Customer Service Representatives and the addition of 24 x 7 support at the Dubuque center. This expansion offers support for the local economy by offering full-time CSR positions.

LifeLock and WS Live have a long-standing relationship wherein the WS Live agents provide service to LifeLock members by educating them on their LifeLock benefits as well as answering questions regarding their accounts.

“We are pleased to expand our current relationship with WS Live in order to continue to provide outstanding support to our members,” said Tom Nichols, Director of Resource Planning.

LifeLock is an industry leader in proactive identity theft protection and provides support to its members 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The expanded WS Live contract aligns with LifeLock’s current customer service hours and provides additional support to LifeLock members.

Providing inbound and outbound teleservices to a national clientele, WS Live specializes in sales, market research, customer service, and technical support to organizations wishing to outsource or augment their call center services. Located in downtown Dubuque, the center currently employs over 160 people.
