Accident and personal injury lawyer George E. Mueller of Mueller Law Group, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona and Hartley Bernstein of Bernstein Cherney in New York City have filed a lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment and its star “Big Show” (Paul Wight Jr.).
The suit was filed in the Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix, Arizona on behalf of a WWE road producer. The producer’s job was to do post-match interviews with wrestlers which were posted to the WWE website. The producer was supposed to interview Big Show after his January 27, 2013 match in Phoenix.

According to court documents, after the producer told him that WWE wanted Big Show to be interviewed, Big Show went toward the producer enraged, shouting obscenities, and waving his fist in the producer’s face. Big Show then grabbed him by the collar and throat, striking him in the face and backing him up against a trunk. The attack was videotaped and posted on the internet until January 29, 2013 attracting more than 100,000 viewers.
