New analytical tool helps insurance carriers score adjuster and contractor performance

The Performance Scorecard functionality is a great way for carriers to see how staff and service providers are performing as well as to identify ways to produce better outcomes for all parties involved in the claims process.

Today at its fourth annual user conference, Xactware announced a new functionality within its claims management and assignment network, XactAnalysis®, that lets insurance carriers more easily score the performance of adjusters and contractors.

Xactware Performance Scorecard gives property claims managers and supervisors the ability to view performance metrics for third-party adjusters and contractors based on a variety of reporting criteria, such as cycle times, customer satisfaction, estimate quality, and more. The tool then generates an overall rating that insurers can use to determine if company standards are being met and where improvements can be made.

Performance Scorecard features an intuitive dashboard and easy-to-read charts that simplify the analytical process. Filters also help XactAnalysis users sort data so they can quickly find the information they need to make informed business decisions. Users can also export reports as Microsoft Excel documents that can be shared easily with fellow decision makers.
