Tampa, FL (PRWEB) September 25, 2008 -- Michael Prozer, Chief Executive Officer of xchangeAGENT Inc., a provider of enterprise payment solutions, recently met with Luis Alfredo Ramos Botero, the Governor of Antioquia, Colombia, to discuss key aspects of implementing their SecureXR payment solution for the online processing of payment transactions between the U.S. and Colombia once the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement is ratified by the U.S. Congress.

xchangeAGENT Inc., is close to completing of the implementation of the SecureXR payment solution for government payments on behalf of Medellin, the capital city of Antioquia. Due to the projected success of this payment solution, the Governor of Antioquia has inquired of xchangeAGENT to create a similar solution of larger scale and scope to electronically facilitate two-way, cross border, payment transactions with a projected value of over $18 billion per year. The meeting focused on how the SecureXR payment platform could be scaled and utilized to securely handle ultra-high volume electronic payment transactions between the United States and Colombia. Once negotiations are complete, xchangeAGENT will begin work on designing this revolutionary payment solution.
