Appointment the first of several planned actions by [x+1&#93 see "Right Square Bracket" to address specific needs of clients in the CPG space

Companies in the CPG space have different needs, requirements and challenges than those in other industry verticals

[x+1], the leader in predictive marketing, announced today the addition of CPG digital marketing consultant and former Kraft Foods executive Kathleen Olvany-Riordan to its Advisory Board, in order to address the specific needs of clients in the CPG space.

Riordan, who was most recently Vice President of Global Consumer Relationship and Digital Marketing at Kraft Foods, Inc., will provide strategic insight and counsel to [x+1] on how best to help CPG clients implement successful digital marketing campaigns. This appointment is the first in a number of CPG-focused initiatives to be announced by [x+1] in the upcoming months.

Riordan was responsible for strategic leadership and management of Kraft North America's digital and database marketing programs and had oversight of digital marketing and CRM worldwide.

The digital marketing and CRM programs she helped implement were the first of their kind among CPG companies. Riordan leveraged the power of over 70 world-class brands to deliver unique marketing programs that built consumer relationships and brand loyalty among Kraft's customers. She led the launch of Kraft's digital marketing practice, including http://www.kraftoods.com, which became the number-one consumer website among all food manufacturers and the number-two food site in North America.

Riordan was recognized for her significant long-term contributions to innovation and growth while at Kraft with one President's Award and two Chairman's Awards. She is an Adweek/Brandweek Media Maven and has won several CASIE, ECHO and David Ogilvy awards.

Prior to joining Kraft, Riordan worked in the advertising department of Quaker Oats in Chicago and Boston-based advertising agencies and television stations. She has served on the board of directors of the Direct Marketing Association, chaired the Association of National Advertisers' Digital Marketing Committee and also served on several community boards in New York and Connecticut.
