Yardstick Software Inc., an award winning professional training and testing services company, is capitalizing on its incredible growth story and opening a second Canadian office. This new Toronto office will serve as an Eastern base for Yardstick’s professional testing and training services and will be home to a world-class testing centre.
The new Toronto office, which is the first physical expansion for Yardstick, will assist in advancing and cementing existing customer engagement, but will also help to facilitate additional customer growth for the company.
“Two years ago we decided to execute a business development strategy focused delivering psychometric testing services and our award winning software platform to regulatory and licensing organizations. The success of that strategy has brought us to this point and we are excited to expand into Toronto as a natural progression of our growth and development,” says Chris LaBossiere, Co-Founder and Manager of Business Development.
Yardstick EAST will open in September 2012 and will be manned by expert Yardstick staff, including a high stakes testing coordinator and professional psychometrician. Included at the Toronto facility will be a fully secure testing centre, which will be added to the over 60 locations across Canada Yardstick offers its clients.
Yardstick works with Associations, Licensure and Regulatory organizations, Government, and Educators to set the standards of their separate industries through online licensing and certification, training, and testing. With expert psychometricians on staff, Yardstick provides clients with the psychometric test support required for any stage in the assessment life cycle and demystifies the process, so that clients can offer fair evaluation of their candidates.
