The Zoning Report - zoning and land use research
A thorough report exclusively tailored to the specific zoning concerns of each client, an in-depth zoning analysis of the property, identifying the zoning district, permitted and conditional uses, height, required parking, setbacks, density, and open violations.
Zoning Verification Letters
A Zoning Verification Letter is obtained from the city or municipality where the property is located and provides the specific zoning designation of the property, as established by the current LDRs, the uses allowed per current zoning ordinances, current building setback requirements, height and floor space area restrictions as set forth in that classification and whether the present use of the property is legally permitted. These letters are required by title companies for real estate transactions.
Preliminary Zoning Review
RDR provides preliminary zoning review prior to presentations to Land Use Development Boards, inclusive of Architectural, Historic and Design Review Boards, as well as Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Boards.
