Turner succeeds Gregg Coccari, who retired this year after leading the company to record growth and profitability.
As CEO, Turner will continue the growth strategies he helped put in place to transform 1-800-DENTIST from the industry’s top source of new dental patients into a total marketing resource for dentists. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its product offerings to include solutions for social media, dental websites, online reputation, dormant patient reactivation, and patient communication – while continuing to build up its flagship new patient leads program.

Michael Turner joined 1-800-DENTIST in 2010 with an extensive background in building successful Internet business in multiple high-profile companies. Most recently, he had served five years as Chief Marketing Officer at LegalZoom.com, leading the growth of that innovative category reference brand. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Teleflora, PC Connection and Brookstone, as well as strategy consulting experience at McKinsey and Company.
