Patent-pending Internet-based MLS/TMS solution will connect the worldÂ?s largest real estate community.

dynaConnectionsTM Corporation announced today the rollout of connectMLS to all 38,200 members of the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI). MLSNI is one of the largest Regional Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in the world, owned by ten Chicagoland area Boards and Associations of REALTORS. connectMLS is a secure, powerful, and easy to use REALTOR-Centric solution that encompasses all of the features and functions that Realtors have come to expect in their MLS, including fast and diverse property searches, advanced customizable CMA's, mapping solutions, and much more. connectMLS also provides an embedded Transaction Management System (TMS) that keeps Realtors in the driver's seat, from the listing and/or lead phase, throughout the listing and transaction process, to closing.

connectMLS is the only all-in-one, seamless solution, to combine a rich set of MLS and TMS features that enhance, rather than change, the way Realtors do business. Using the power and convenience of the Internet, connectMLS allows Realtors to efficiently perform their day to day MLS activities while collaborating, in the TMS, with their buyers, sellers, and real estate service providers, (i.e. Lenders, Inspectors, Attorneys, Title/Escrow Officers, etc.) Furthermore, the MLS and TMS features in connectMLS assist Realtors in providing extra value to their consumers who, by all studies, already use the Internet more and more each day in the home buying process. Through connectMLS, Realtors provide both buyers and sellers the ability to become more involved throughout the entire process. “connectMLS takes a lot of the mystery and ‘behind the scenes’ out of the real estate transaction for consumers,” said Tim Ford, dynaConnections president and CEO.

“There isn’t a lot about MLS systems today that raise my level of excitement, but connectMLS is a good product with some exciting and clever features,” said Lynn Strantz, MLSNI Marketing Coordinator, who also oversaw the deployment of connectMLS for MLSNI. “The team at dynaConnections is also very responsive to our needs and passionate about their product and service, which is refreshing to find in our industry.”

Prior to launching connectMLS, MLSNI put the product through rigorous acceptance tests, using a focus group composed of MLSNI trainers, support staff, and Illinois Realtors. The focus group reaffirmed the dynaConnections vision that a REALTOR’S MLS is the ideal place to include all of the key tools that a Realtor needs to get their job done efficiently and effectively, while allowing them to do what they do best - list and sell homes.

“Love it! Easy to navigate... I see it as a great all around tool, ” said Leslie O'Hare, an MLSNI member and Broker with Village Properties, Hinsdale, IL. Chris Brooks, an MLSNI trainer, immediately spotted the potential of the all-in-one MLS/TMS solution saying, “connectMLS is comprehensive, straight-forward, and powerful. Finally, a product that incorporates many functions agents are wanting in one product.” Walter Burden, an MLSNI member and REALTOR with RE/MAX Market, in Willow Springs, IL, extrapolated even further, “I look forward to working with this software and moving toward paperless transactions in the future.”

With connectMLS, dynaConnections is setting new standards for the next generation of Internet-based MLS solutions. Jay Huffman, CEO of MLSNI, says, “connectMLS is solving some of today's fragmentation and integration problems by minimizing the need for Realtors to purchase and manage multiple software solutions. The TMS embedded in the MLS is just one example of where they have included more than just another bell and whistle to address a genuine need and want of the Realtor.”

The architecture behind connectMLS utilizes robust and flexible technologies that provide a high performing and reliable solution to meet the ever-growing business demands of Associations and/or Regional MLS's. The underlying technology also facilitates streamlined customization and rollout for any market in which connectMLS is deployed. “Deploying connectMLS to MLSNI was smoother than expected,” said Ford, of dynaConnections. “We formed a solid working relationship with MLSNI staff and, together, we built a highly customized, scalable, and sophisticated hardware and software system that is already being well received and heavily utilized by MLSNI Realtors and their consumers.”
