dynaConnectionsTM Corporation announced today the rollout of connectMLS to all 38,200 members of the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI). MLSNI is one of the largest Regional Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in the world, owned by ten Chicagoland area Boards and Associations of REALTORS. connectMLS is a secure, powerful, and easy to use REALTOR-Centric solution that encompasses all of the features and functions that Realtors have come to expect in their MLS, including fast and diverse property searches, advanced customizable CMA's, mapping solutions, and much more. connectMLS also provides an embedded Transaction Management System (TMS) that keeps Realtors in the driver's seat, from the listing and/or lead phase, throughout the listing and transaction process, to closing.

connectMLS is the only all-in-one, seamless solution, to combine a rich set of MLS and TMS features that enhance, rather than change, the way Realtors do business. Using the power and convenience of the Internet, connectMLS allows Realtors to efficiently perform their day to day MLS activities while collaborating, in the TMS, with their buyers, sellers, and real estate service providers, (i.e. Lenders, Inspectors, Attorneys, Title/Escrow Officers, etc.) Furthermore, the MLS and TMS features in connectMLS assist Realtors in providing extra value to their consumers who, by all studies, already use the Internet more and more each day in the home buying process. Prior to launching connectMLS, MLSNI put the product through rigorous acceptance tests, using a focus group composed of MLSNI trainers, support staff, and Illinois Realtors. The focus group reaffirmed the dynaConnections vision that a REALTOR’S MLS is the ideal place to include all of the key tools that a Realtor needs to get their job done efficiently and effectively, while allowing them to do what they do best - list and sell homes.

Finally, a product that incorporates many functions agents are wanting in one product.” Walter Burden, an MLSNI member and REALTOR with RE/MAX Market, in Willow Springs, IL, extrapolated even further, “I look forward to working with this software and moving toward paperless transactions in the future.”
