It has been said that nothing stalls professional careers more than ineffectual communication and poor motivation. To show managers and employees how to escape these twin snares, Datamatics Management Services has resumed its executive seminar series with a special pair of intensive workshops scheduled for September 15, 2004 at the Woodbridge Hilton Hotel in Woodbridge, NJ.

Dick Kaplan, founding partner of the KAP consulting group and the former Director of Quality Assurance for Firmenich, Inc., will lead the workshop on Public Speaking and Communication Skills. Participants will be taught a structured approach to improving communications skills, with special focus given to organizing information, becoming a better listener, and conquering anxieties.

The second of the two programs, entitled Improved Self Image and Motivation, will be conducted by Tom Aidala, a former Senior Vice President at Roche Biomedical laboratories who has trained over 300 sales reps and developed over 50 managers. Aidala’s workshop will demonstrate the link between self image and sales success, and teach six techniques for enhancing job performance through self motivation.

Each of these one-day workshops will include a continental breakfast, full luncheon, afternoon beverage, and a complete set of handouts for participants. To register for either session visit or call Datamatics at 800-637-0366. The Woodbridge, NJ location is easily accessible from New York City, Newark Airport, and the Amtrak Metroliner stations in Iselin and Newark, NJ.
