Covenant Hills, a gated village at Ladera Ranch has been chosen to host the Building Industry Association of Orange CountyÂ?s annual Model Home Tour and Dinner. The model home tour features some of Southern California's renowned custom homebuilders.

As yet another testimony to their exceptional design and architectural detailing, the model homes for the first offering of Estate-Caliber Neighborhoods within the new village of Covenant Hills at Ladera Ranch recently hosted the Building Industry Association of Orange County’s annual Model Home Tour and Dinner.

Southern California's Homebuilding professionals expressed overwhelming approval for the luxury model homes artfully terraced in and around the villages’ rolling hills, majestic bluff tops and rugged ridgelines.
