Dynamic Front-End Gateway Enhances WorkPoint Solution from Insession Technologies

Insession Technologies announced availability of a front-end gateway enhancement for the WorkPoint® Business Process Management (BPM) solution suite. The dynamic gateway helps customers quickly and easily deploy front-end screens and applications while providing a robust platform for long-term production applications.

Insession Technologies, a business unit of Transaction System Architects (Nasdaq: TSAI), today announced availability of a front-end gateway enhancement for the WorkPoint® Business Process Management (BPM) solution suite. The dynamic gateway helps customers quickly and easily deploy front-end screens and applications while providing a robust platform for long-term production applications.

Representing over a decade of development and customer deployment, WorkPoint automates any manual or electronic business process. WorkPoint can orchestrate business processes across the enterprise or it can be embedded within other applications. WorkPoint is utilized by hundreds of organizations worldwide. The solution is platform and industry independent.

This enhancement provides WorkPoint customers with several advantages. Customers now have the option of using the HTML templates out of the box or can integrate their own content, colors and context from back-office systems into the gateway screens as they see fit. The user interface is fully integrated with WorkPoint activities through the use of XML tags. These tags allow customers to easily create new HTML pages without scripting.

The WorkPoint gateway empowers customers to rapidly create front-end browser-based applications for their users. The gateway screens are dynamically linked to steps within WorkPoint so as activities are modified, the screens automatically reflect these changes. If customers integrate back-office systems data within the gateway screens, this will enable back-end systems and database changes at anytime without the need to alter the user experience.
