Flander Ltd, a Finland-based mobile technology company, today announced a new version of the Irma Bluetooth device that is directly compatible with Nokia 9300 and Nokia 9500 Communicator smart phones.
Irma Bluetooth is an accessory that allows content from a mobile terminal to be presented on any data projector or display with a VGA input. The device allows, for example, PowerPoint® presentations or digital photos to be shown without a computer. The presentations are transmitted to Irma Bluetooth with the Presentation Editor application that is a standard feature in all Nokia 9300 and 9500 Communicator smart phones.
ÂIrma Bluetooth further expands the possibilities of NokiaÂs smart phones. With the device, owners of the new Nokia 9300 and 9500 Communicator phones will have less need to carry a laptop computer, said Mr. Juha Junnonen, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Nokia.
ÂBy expanding the compatibility of Irma Bluetooth to NokiaÂs new smart phones, we are bringing pocket-sized presentation technology to a wider user base. We believe that todayÂs mobile professionals appreciate compact, easy-to-use tools such as Irma Bluetooth, said Mr. Riku Ryödi, Director, Software Solutions, Flander.
