Lunar Unveils Sleek Design in Consumer Electronics

On the forefront of thoughtful, innovative design, Lunar unveils their latest line of work with the SanDisk® Cruzer Flash “micro-skins,” the Sansa digital music player and the SDTM Plus flash memory card, ushering the brand into the lifestyle savvy market of consumer electronics.

Lunar Design’s brand-building philosophy is evident with the recent line of products designed for SanDisk®. Lunar introduced color to the SanDisk® Cruzer Flash Memory portable drives. The drives are packaged with “micro-skins,” wearable, rubberized colored skins and cap, interchangeable for an expression of individual style. Initially, the skins will be available in clear and two colors. The two-piece covers slip on and off easily and also work on the SanDisk® Cruzer MP3 Companion, an optional digital music player that has a docking part for the Micro.

The SanDisk® Sansa™ e100, is a series of small, highly portable digital music players that use embedded flash memory and removable flash memory cards to store many hours of digital music. The new music players feature high-fidelity sound, a sophisticated yet easy-to-use song navigation and sorting system and a unique design that continues SanDisk’s tradition of distinctive styling.

The SanDisk® SD™ Plus flash memory card features USB connectivity built into an SD™ card format. Lunar’s design leverages the prevalence of both SD™ and USB standards in today’s consumer electronics. The innovative SD™ Plus flash memory card connects to both of these popular interfaces enabling consumers to easily transfer data between their portable devices and their PC’s without needing any special card reader or adapter.
