To celebrate this milestone, Boston celebrity chef, Michael Schlow will be serving seared tuna, nicoise style, with spicy lemon vinaigrette and English cucumber salad, a signature dish from his new cookbook, "ItÂs About Time: Great Recipes for Everyday Life." Event attendees will receive Schlow's cookbook as a thank you gift from Crescent Heights.
Live entertainment will be provided by the Jeff Stout Jazz Quartet.

WHAT ELSE: Michael Schlow Executive Chef and co-owner of BostonÂs Radius, Via Matta, and Great Bay restaurants  is one of the leading chefs in the United States. In 2000, he won the distinguished James Beard Award of Excellence for "Best Chef in the Northeast" in his first year of eligibility, Santé MagazineÂs "Chef of the Year" and the "Culinary Award for Excellence" from Robert Mondavi, handed out to only six chefs a year.
