The Dinner Dr. provides the recipe, all the ingredients needed (already cleaned, chopped and diced), packaging in oven-ready disposable containers and cooking directions. The menu changes monthly and is traditional. It consists of classic items including meatloaf, chicken parmesan, oven fried crunchy fish filets and baked spaghetti, all which are nutritionally sensible and family friendly.
