On April 4, 2004, Darlene Reschke was a passenger in a 1987 black Dodge Ram SUV, driven by her husband Steven Reschke. Mr. & Mrs. Reschke are from Forney, Texas. Mr. & Mrs. Reschke, were involved in an automobile accident with Heather Collins, a 20 year old student. Ms. Collins was driving a 1996 blue Chevrolet C1500 pick up truck. The accident took place in Forney, Texas.

Mrs. Reschke also suffered rib fractures, and soft tissue injuries. Mrs. Reschke’s total medical expenses were in excess of $130,000.00.
