R.O.Why! Marketing expands office space and appoints marketing veteran Tom Jones as director of client services.

R.O.Why! Marketing today announced that as a result of the growing demand for its integrated marketing consulting services, the company has expanded office space and appointed marketing veteran Tom Jones as director of client services. Jones brings more than 16 years of marketing industry experience to R.O.Why!, most recently filling public relations and integrated marketing communications roles for Intrieve Inc., (now Harland Financial Solutions), a provider of technology to U.S. financial institutions. Jones will provide day-to-day support for R.O.Why!’s clients by managing project goals, production schedules, resources and deliverables.

Prior to Intrieve, Jones served as a marketing associate for Clear Insight, a start-up business and corporate brand integration firm focused on mergers and acquisitions. Between 1996 and 2001, Jones worked in various marketing positions for Attachment Corporation, a $395 million business-to-business software company. During his time at Attachment, he served as the tactical bridge between strategic planning and creative services, managing ad agency relationships, corporate branding, marketing, packaging and web design, and public relations.

Jones also worked as the manger of advertising and promotions for Sub-Zero Products in Cincinnati from 1993-95. From 1989 to 1993, Jones was the marketing and promotions coordinator for the University of Cincinnati, where he was responsible for all advertising, PR, special events and creative for the university’s $17 million retail bookstore operation. Jones earned two bachelor’s degrees (communications, radio and television) from the University of Arizona.
