Abandoned Dogs Suffer in Freezing Temperatures After Hurricane Katrina

Hurricane Katrina had left hundreds of dogs so traumatized that they could not be rehomed and as winter has descended on the U.S. they were now cold, thin and suffering through no fault of their own. A handful of humans were tackling a nightmare situation.
