Buy Flowers Online at the Brand New:

Share Article has just been purchased by Karen Blodgett, of K.O.G. Enterprises, Inc (a Nevada corporation). has a launch date set for January 1st, 2005. Buy your flowers online at!

K.O.G Enterprises Inc. has just entered into a private label contract with Lemonade Pi, Inc. (d/b/a to sell outstanding floral products and gift baskets via the website

“When people want to order flowers online, what better search phrase then ‘buy flowers online’?” explained Ms. Blodgett. “K.O.G. Enterprises uses several different companies for keyword research and we found that the most common search phrase used by consumers, when shopping for flowers, was ‘buy flowers online’. Of course, this makes sense because that’s what I would type myself!”

Ms. Blodgett feels that it is of the utmost importance to have a URL that contains the exact search phrase that people are looking for.

“We’ve seen examples where people with a very low Google page rank still come up as the first result in Google, simply because they had the exact search phrase in between the www and the dot com,” explained Ms. Blodgett.

Ms. Blodgett does not believe that having an outstanding domain name is the only key to online success, but she does rank it as “most important.”

“We have many techniques that we use, most of which are proprietary to our company. Check our rankings mid-2005. This is when we expect to see real results. Good search engine optimization takes time,” she explained. “If any SEO company promises you ‘overnight results,’ you should just walk away.”

When asked if she would be willing to sell the domain name, Ms. Blodgett was reluctant. She explained that she has a good idea how many people look to “buy flowers online” each month, how many hits she expects (based on that), the average flower consumer conversion rate – about 12% and finally, her net profit per sale.

“ will be a long term source of revenue for my company. If I was to sell it, I would expect at least three years of anticipated revenue for a purchase price. That may be too high for many buyers, especially if they don’t realize the potential for this domain.”

Ms. Blodgett is also interested in partnering with non-profit organizations using sub-domains of the brand. In other words, the charity would have its own site within the site and a percentage of the revenues generated from that particular segment of the site would go directly to the charity. Ms. Blodgett encourages any non-profit to contact her for a possible source of revenue.

“The charity would do nothing except link to their special page within our site. They would have their logo on the site- if they chose to- and we would cut them a quarterly check based upon the number of sales that their link generated.”

K.O.G. Enterprises is a Las Vegas Company that specializes in Realtor and Mortgage Search Engine Optimization. K.O.G. is not a web site design firm! K.O.G. contracts with designers and K.O.G. does the optimization. Several months ago, K.O.G. launched for a private client. K.O.G. did not design the site, but chose the domain name and was responsible for site optimization.
