A small, privileged group of grapplers will get to soak up Yoshiaki Fujiwara's, Josh Barnett's, and Dick Cardinal's distilled wisdom about catch wrestling & fighting.

Scientific Wrestling proudly announces The Sub-Mission Master Los Angeles Clinic 2006. Everyone from ambitious beginners to seasoned competitors is invited to participate in this training session, which will take place in Santa Monica Feb. 25 and Feb. 26. All participants will receive two days of the best catch wrestling training with instructors Yoshiaki Fujiwara, Josh Barnett and Dick Cardinal.

Legendary submission master Yoshiaki Fujiwara is well known as a professional wrestler, grappling coach, promoter, actor, and top protege of "God of Wrestling" Karl Gotch. The infamous Fujiwara Armbar was named after him because of his deftness in applying the hold.

Mixed Martial Arts superstar Josh Barnett is the youngest UFC Heavyweight Champion in history, a Pride Fighting Championships main-eventer, New Japan Pro-Wrestling Superstar and the current King of Pancrase.

At 77 years young, Dick Cardinal is one of the last living carnival wrestlers still willing and able to pass along the secrets of Hook Wrestling to a new generation of submission grapplers. Cardinal dominated the "Take All Comers" Athletic Show scene of the Pacific Northwest in his day.

These top athletes will share their distilled wisdom of their real-life grappling experience, as well as strategies and stories never made public before.

Sub-Mission Master Los Angeles Clinic 2006 contains all of the little-known and often misunderstood strategies the men have personally used to dominate their fields of grappling and fighting. These strategies have rocketed these men to the top of their game, even to legendary status. Participants will learn many moves, including takedowns, set-ups, toe-holds, chicken wings, arm bars, nelsons, neck cranks, gouges and rough & tumble.

Positions are filling up quickly, as this event is unlike any other grappling clinic. A special early-bird price is now available.

"I've sworn not to reveal how many spots for this clinic are left," says Jake Shannon, founder of Scientific Wrestling. "I can tell you that Dec. 27 is the 'drop-dead' date for the early-bird price. I suspect it will sell out long before then. When it does, there will be no warning."

Participants who meet the Dec. 27 deadline will receive four premium bonuses: a limited-edition Yoshiaki Fujiwara Sub-Mission Master Los Angeles Clinic 2006 T-shirt, invitation to an exclusive dinner honoring Fujiwara, a complete DVD of the seminar and an exclusive signed poster.

Founded by Catch-As-Catch-Can expert and author Jake Shannon, the Scientific Wrestling Research Group has unearthed the true lessons handed down from the champions and masters of this great sport. Not only have the champions and authorities themselves been given a voice but also their methods have been given the spotlight once again.
