Homestead New York, Inc. has celebrated its 1 year anniversary by opening a new boutique brokerage retail office and continuing to provide New Yorkers with quality apartments and investments.

Homestead New York, Inc ( has celebrated its 1 year anniversary by opening its second storefront office located at 1216 Lexington Ave between 82nd & 83rd Street. There they plan to house 30 more agents and do for the Rental & Sales market on the Upper East Side what they’ve done in lower Manhattan.
