Linda Dunkel, President and CEO of Interaction Associates, joins Carolyn Fischer, Vice President of Organization Development, Comcast, from 2:30-3:30 Thursday, March 16, 2006, to present the session, “Involving Line Leaders in Employee Development,” at the 2006 Spring Chief Learning Officer Symposium.
The Symposium's theme is "Driving Peak Performance: Critical Strategies for Learning Leaders." The conference will take place March 15-17, 2006, at the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island, FL.

Linda Dunkel is President and Chief Executive Officer of Interaction Associates Inc., and also is past Chair of its Board of Directors. She also serves as a senior consultant for the firm, with more than 25 years of experience designing and developing change and learning strategies for organizations and improving the effectiveness of the human assets of corporations. As a consultant, Linda works with clients to design strategies and programs that foster results-oriented gains in performance. She facilitates senior-level team meetings and strategy sessions. She consults with clients in strategy development, collaborative systems design, teams and change management. As vice-president of the AMR Training and Consulting Group, she helped AMR successfully launch a global subsidiary, and she volunteers with the Interaction Institute for Social Change, Interaction Associates’ affiliated nonprofit organization.
Carolyn Fischer is the Director of Learning & Development for the Northern Division of Comcast Cable Corporation. Carolyn has more than 20 years of experience in the field of HR, and has worked in the retail, finance and medical devices industries. She joined Comcast eight years ago as the regional communications manager, and during her tenure she was promoted to the role of Director of Communications and then joined the training department as Director. Presently, Carolyn leads the division’s organizational development efforts including strategic planning, organizational assessments, executive development, team effectiveness, career path design, and any action planning associated with employee satisfaction surveys.
