Video4Networks Has Entered Into Discussion To Sign Long Term Service Contract

Video4Networks, Inc. announced it has entered into discussions with Intraserve Systems to provide infrastructure maintenance support services for its Content Delivery Network (CDN) across the country. Assuming the deal is signed, Intraserve Systems will maintain critical systems included in all of the data centers located across the U.S.

“This is another step towards securing maximum uptime for our customers in all of our data centers in the country by utilizing the resources and expertise of a company like Intraserve Systems,” said Jay Lazarowich, Chief Information Officer, Video4Networks.

Specifics of the deal are not being disclosed at this time but it is expected the two companies will reach an agreement before the end of the year.
