GOSS, the Enterprise Content Management company, is pleased to announce that they have been accredited under the International Standards Organisation standard 9001:2000.

What is ISO 9001:2000?

ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard that gives requirements for an organization's Quality Management System ("QMS"). It is part of a family of standards published by the International Organisation for Standardisation ("ISO") often referred to collectively as the "ISO 9000 series".

The GOSS Approach

It is the established policy of GOSS to provide to all our clients a satisfactory product and service, to ensure that clients are satisfied with all aspects of the company's products and services and that all relevant business and legal or regulatory requirements and contractual security obligations are identified and managed. GOSS has implemented a management system, based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000, as the means of continuing to deliver our policy.

"Accreditation to ISO 9001:2000 demonstrates that our Quality Management System meets the internationally recognised standards and underlines our commitment to continuing to deliver consistent, high quality solutions and professional services to our clients," said Richard George GOSS Managing Director.
