The leading performance solutions and leadership development company, Interaction Associates, has named veteran HR and organizational development professional Elad Levinson to the position of Senior Consultant in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Levinson will lead the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiative which helps values driven companies excel in their industries.

Levinson's expertise is in the fields of organizational development, learning and development, and human resources. For most of his career, Levinson served his clients as an independent consultant. Prior to joining Interaction Associates, he held the role of Director of Learning and Development for Management and Employees at Agilent Technologies.

As a pioneer in the application of Hans Selye’s Stress Theory to organizational behavior, Levinson has devoted much of his time to action research on how human systems respond to, adapt to, and thrive on change and stress.

He is the author of Managing Stress to Increase Productivity, a multimedia program, and has delivered over 10,000 hours of coaching, consulting and training on varied subjects pertaining to change. His special passion is applying the tools and skills of Emotional Intelligence to leadership and human resource development

Levinson holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University, and a Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University. He is a member, Organizational Development Network, Society for Training Educators and Professionals, and the National Association of Social Work, and volunteers at Hidden Villa Farm and Camp, and Mid-Peninsula High School.
