Executors of the Estate of Joshua Goldberg have posted up to a $2 Million USD Reward leading to the arrest and conviction of any persons involved with the death of this 23 year old young man who had gone to Thailand to be ordained as a Buddhist Monk. This tops the previous reward posted by the Estate.

A Reward of up to $2 Million USD has been posted by the Executors of the Estate of Joshua Goldberg for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any persons associated with the death of Joshua, age 23, who died suddenly at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand on 23 Feb 2006 at approximately 9-10 PM Bangkok, time.

Foul play is suspected and is under investigation by the Royal Thai Police, who were informed by a whistle blower, that mysterious events were occurring at Bumrungrad concerning the death of Joshua in room 703. This complaint was begun on 24 Feb 2006 at the Lumpini Police Station, Bangkok, Thailand and was joined officially by the executor on 26 June 2006 at 9.00 AM, said James Goldberg, the Estate's Executor. (The Complaint number is 1484/2549.)

The Executors have joined in as co-complainants with the Royal Thai Police and the DFI, the equivalent of Thailand's FBI, and has named, thus far, 10 individuals. Other international law enforcement agencies are involved in the investigation.

The award has been increased as a result of the continued refusal of the hospital to provide the executors of the Estate of the 23 year old with any details regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of Joshua.

Forensic reports appearing on prepared by Drs. Cohen and Vertkin, a Forensic Pharmacologist and Class IV Medical Examiner, respectively, may be seen on the website. Both are US Board Certified.

In addition to the administration of 6 contra indicated and lethal medications, simultaneously administered on the 22 and 23 of February 2006, according to the PDR, published by Thomson, significant inconsistencies in the time and circumstances of the death remain unexplained as evidenced in correspondence between the family and the Hospital, Bumrungrad, and the Joint Commission (JCAHO) which accredited the hospital. Both of these institutions have remained flatly silent in responding to requests for explanations as evidenced by the reproduction of verbatim correspondence also posted on

Significantly, the hospital reported to World Access, the third party administrator for Blue Cross of California, that Joshua had died on the morning of 24 February 2006. However, their email correspondence was time stamped at 10.53 PM on the evening of 23 February 2006, Bangkok time. In other words, they reported the death several hours before they say it occurred. The document which confirms this is in evidence on the website mentioned herein.

Due to this and many other inconsistencies between the hospital records, and the coroner's report, the Executors believe, according to Jim Goldberg, that others may well be involved in an alleged cover up and death of Joshua N. Goldberg who was, posthumously, ordained a Buddhist Monk.

The Reward has been increased in hopes that those with knowledge of events surrounding the death of Joshua, will step forward.

The website,, has been posted in the public interest and provides, with full transparency, a myriad of information regarding this case, Medical Tourism, and the issues as to what's so broken about the US Health Care System.
