As Vice President International, he will oversee the expansion and growth of Nomis Solutions' international operations and will report directly to the company's Chairman and CEO, Dennis Stradford. Mr. Whittle's hiring represents a significant building block for supporting the worldwide adoption of Nomis Solutions' pricing optimization technology, which enables a Profit-based Pricing approach.

Mr. Whittle will be responsible for meeting the international market's demands for adopting a Profit-based Pricing approach. This next frontier in pricing enables banks and finance companies to use price as a strategic lever for achieving corporate objectives. The company has two solutions specifically for the unique needs of the international market: Nomis Price Optimizer for Consumer Lending, for those responsible for improving profitability of their unsecured personal loans (UPL), and Nomis Price Optimizer for Motor Finance, for those executives responsible for motor financing.
Mr. Whittle brings 15 years of senior sales, marketing and operations experience, derived from leading the international division of three enterprise software companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President, International at ProfitLogic, Inc., the acknowledged leader in Retail Profit Optimization Solutions. At ProfitLogic, Mr. Whittle established the international subsidiary in Europe and then grew the team and the customer base that contributed to the global success of the company. Based on this success, ProfitLogic was acquired by Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) in mid-2005.

Prior to ProfitLogic, Mr. Whittle spent four years as Vice President of International for Centra Software (acquired in 2006 by Saba Software NASDAQ:SABA), an enterprise software company specializing in online collaboration solutions. At Centra, he established and then led the European team that was a key component of a very successful public stock offering on the NASDAQ market. Earlier in his career he spent seven years as Vice President EMEA for NASDAQ listed Marcam Solutions, (now part of the Infor Group) an ERP software company.
Simon Caufield, founder and former managing director of Europe has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Global Head of Services. In this role, he will be responsible for all services and software implementation projects as well as heading Nomis Solutions' global services team.
Dr. Robert L. Phillips, founder and CTO has also assumed the role of Vice President of Product Management.
