Did you ever wonder what it takes to be a Witch or how to become one? Witch School is offering a day of discovery at their open house. The answers may surprise you.

In the heart of the Midwest, on February 10th, will bring a rare alignment of the planet Saturn and Witch School will be opening their doors for a special day of teaching and celebration. People from all over will come to ask questions of the teachers of Witch School, and anyone can ask questions at this event.

"People have questions about Wicca and Witchcraft," according to School President Don Lewis. "We have answers that we are willing to share with the public. It is time for people to stop acting out of fear, and to understand that we have a beautiful and complex faith that honors the divine. We are offering this Teach-In to give people a safe way to ask those questions."

Witch School is the largest public educator of Wicca in the world through its website WitchSchool.com, having served over 170,000 students over the last five years. Its Hoopeston campus has served as a place to allow this student body to have a physical place to attend classes if they choose. It also allows for expansion of video classes which are filmed at the Hoopeston Campus, and shared through YouTube and Magick.TV.

The surprise that Witch School presents is that it does much of this teaching for free or incredibly low tuition. Anyone can take their year-long course 'Living the Wiccan Life' for free as part of being a basic student. Anyone can take their entire system of courses for only $99.99, which takes about five years. As a public education system, they stand by their mission 'To provide anyone, anytime, anywhere with a Wiccan and Magickal Education who desires it.'

At the Open House they plan to teach classes such as "So You Want to Be a Witch" and "How to film your Ritual for YouTube" for advanced students. Lady Krystel will present a Message Circle, and there will be lots of other unusual demonstrations. Attendees will include Karla Summers, Don Lewis, Krystel High-Correll, Reanna Marie, Debbe Tompkins, Rodney Dysinger, and Ed Hubbard, as well as authors and Pagan personalities, and students from across the Midwest. Even the planet Saturn will be dropping in.
