Deal expands AgencyLogic's reach and provides the industry leading PowerSite product to 123 Main Street clients.

AgencyLogic (http://www.agencylogic.com), the largest real estate industry provider of single property Websites in North America, announced today that they have acquired the 123 Main Street (http://www.123mainstreet.com) assets from Thunder Lake Media, LLC in a deal involving cash and future revenues.

123 Main Street will now work with AgencyLogic in providing existing and future 123 Main Street clients with a private label version of the AgencyLogic PowerSite single property Website product.
